Procedure

After determining that the pressure in the pigs launcher is zero, open the Quick release closure, put the foam pig into the pigs launcher, and then cover the Quick release closure.
Develop the front control valve of the ball device, slowly hit the rear control valve of the ball development device, and pay attention to the ball indicator and pressure changes.
When the ball through indicator shows that the pig has departed the pellet, open the outbound valve.
Record the passing time and pressure, and notify the receiver to prepare for the ball.
Receiving the ball:
According to the operation of the pig, prepare to collect the ball.
Slowly open the front and rear control valves of the ball collection device, close the pit stop valve slightly, and pay attention to the ball collection indicator and pressure changes.
When the ball collection indicator shows that the pig has entered the ball collecting barrel, fully open the pit stop valve and close the front and rear control valves of the ball collection device.
Open the blowdown valve of the ball collector, remove the pipe cap and open the cleaning valve, connect the compressor air, discharge the residual liquid in the pipe and clean the pig receiver
Close the blowdown valve and cleaning valve, then open the quick release closure and take out the pig.
