Quick opening closure（horizontal type）
Features: It is mainly composed of closure plates, closure plate seats, opening mechanisms, sealing rings, rotating arms, safety lock plates and pressure relief devices. The safety self-locking function of the closure plate composed of a safety lock plate and a pressure relief device (closure plate self-locking, shockproof, anti-loosening, and secondary pressure relief when opened). When the closure plate is tightly locked, there is no relative rotation between the sealing ring and the cover, and the sealing ring is less likely to be damaged, thus better protecting the sealing system. The external locking ring is three-piece locked (with a biting area greater than 90%), which enables simultaneous action and uniform force distribution during locking, reduces the length of the opening lead screw to make the switch more flexible and reliable, and at the same time increases the force-bearing area of the biting teeth. The main pressure-bearing components of the blind plate are integrally processed from forged steel, without any welded parts.
Applicable media: Oil, gas, water, non-corrosive chemical raw materials (equipment with strong corrosion should be processed with stainless steel materials).

Note:
When the pressure PN of the quick-opening closure plate is ≤4.0Mpa, the material is a 16MnⅡ forging. PN≥6.4Mpa, the material is 16MnⅢ forging;
2. When the nominal diameter DN of the quick-opening closure plate is ≥600 and the PNPN is ≥6.4Mpa, the closure plate cover is a standard elliptical head. When the nominal diameter DN is less than 600 and PNPN is less than 6.4Mpa, the closure plate cover is a spherical head or an integral forging.
3. When the closure plate seat is welded to the receiving and serving cylinders, an external bevel should be adopted when the nominal diameter DN of the quick-opening closure plate is less than 600. When the nominal diameter DN of the closure plate is ≥600, an inner bevel is adopted. When the wall thickness of the interface is ≥20 mm, it is an X-shaped bevel.
4. Special structures can be designed, manufactured and processed according to the user's requirements.
