2. Extend the service life of the pipeline and improve the quality of the conveying medium
After the gas pipeline is laid, there will be water rust, pipe wall rust, garbage and other substances left in the pipeline, these corrosive substances will be cleaned through the pig, and by cleaning the pipeline, the internal debris in the pipeline can be removed, which can eliminate the damage of debris and dust to the equipment on the pipeline, and at the same time can also improve the quality of the conveying medium, and the water in the pipeline can be removed through pipeline drying, and the acidic substances produced by the reaction between water and gas during pipeline operation can be reduced to corrode the pipeline, so as to prolong the service life of the pipeline.
3. Check the pressure-bearing capacity of the pipeline
Through the pipeline pressure test, the quality of pipeline construction can be checked, the safety performance can be guaranteed, the safe operation can be guaranteed, the hidden dangers and accidents can be eliminated, and the safety of people's lives and property can be guaranteed.
