It is composed of specially made spring steel, rubber sheets and a steel shaft main body. The process is complex but the operation is simple. It can carry electronic positioning.
This technology utilizes the cavitation effect and cavitation principle in fluid mechanics to thoroughly remove the hard scale on the inner wall of the pipeline. When the liquid is pushed forward from the rear of the cavitation pipe scale removal device, a pressure difference is generated in front of and behind the pipe scale removal device. The water flow passes through the gap between the spring blades and the rubber sheet, causing the spring blades to vibrate at high frequency and vibrate violently. The scale removal device is surrounded by the rapidly rotating vortex generated thereby. A continuously moving low-pressure area was formed - the water in this area was always in a vaporized state, and the resulting fine bubbles were rapidly compressed until they burst, instantly ejecting micro-jets. Countless micro-jets converged into shock waves, completely crushing the sediment.
