Flag through ball indicator - welded base type, for mechanical trigger through ball indicator, used to monitor the pig passing, when the pig passes, the indicator flag from the horizontal state to the upright state, is used for oil, gas, water and other transportation pipeline pigging, the pig through or not of the ground judgment instrument. It has many advantages such as intuitive instructions, stable performance, and easy to use, providing users with more satisfactory services.
The bi-directional trigger firing pin is mounted at the end of the extension sleeve and probed into the pipe through a 2" tube near the pipe wall. When the pig passes, the firing pin is toggled, pulling the connecting rod in the sealing sleeve, indicating that the flag shaft rotates 90° under the action of the torsion spring, and turns from a horizontal state to an upright state, and the indicator flag can be reset by turning the indicator flag counterclockwise.
Technical characteristics of the mechanical transmission part of the indicator:
1. Design pressure: 10Mpa (special requirements can be customized)
2. Operating temperature: -40-100°C.
3. The diameter of the installation pipeline ≥ 89mm.
4. Conveying medium: oil, water, natural gas and other non-corrosive fluids.
5. Pipeline material: A: steel welded metal B: stainless steel material required by special environment.
6. The length of the board machine extending into the pipe ≥ 15mm.
7. When the pig passes through the pig in both the forward and negative directions of the pipeline, the indicator can be displayed normally.
9. The mechanical part adopts a mechanical transmission mechanism, and when the board machine swings at an angle >of 45 degrees, the sign is transverse (arrow horizontally)
